Also, in these Terms, the term “consultant” means an independent contractor who works on behalf of the Company to provide educational, informational, and administrative services to clients. Consultants do not act as licensed healthcare providers, and they do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The term “agent” shall include, but not be limited to, all consultants, and the term “consultant” shall include, but not be limited to, Health Education Consultants. 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services offered by the Company, including, but not limited to, consultations with consultants.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site or services, including consultation services, or your violation of these Terms. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our consultants from any claims arising from use of any information and recommendations they provide during consultations.   

8. Limitation of Claims and Covenant Not to Sue

You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by the Company and its consultants are educational in nature and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring any claim or lawsuit against the Company or its agents, including consultants, arising out of or relating to any dissatisfaction with the information provided through the Site or during consultations. Instead, your sole remedy shall be to discontinue use of the services.

9. Information We Collect

We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information, when you voluntarily provide it to us.

We may use information collected to:

10. Video and Audio Recordings

You are strictly prohibited from recording, whether by video, audio, screenshot, or any other means, any consultation with the Company or its staff, including consultants, without the Company’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized recording constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You further agree that any such unauthorized recording shall not be admissible in any legal, regulatory, or administrative proceeding against the Company or its agents, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including termination of services and legal action, in response to unauthorized recordings. You are encouraged to take notes during consultations instead.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
